Narrate your life to others in form of a book

There are many out there who have a craving to share their life instances with others. There are actually many who have had a very inspiring life. It’s just a matter of motivating them and seeing them say that yes! It’s going to be a great writing about my life. If you are on the receiving end of such motivation, there are many things that could possibly motivate you to put down an excellent piece. If you wonder, so as to where to start then worry not, it’s something that anyone who writes an autobiography goes through. You could start now and jot down instances that are currently taking place in your life. This could be a mere launch pad to make you jump start for once and write further. The various sources from where you can gather all important information about your life include your parents, siblings, friends, colleagues and in fact everyone who has been an intrinsic part of your life. They would always be full of instances of the time they have passed with you. These narrated instances can work as great pieces for your work. It is very important, that as far as possible, you should jot them down in a comprehendible manner, so that when you need these references later, you do not find it hard to assemble them into a better and a fine-tuned piece.

If you are intrigued by how to write a book about your life experiences, you can always start with jotting down ideas and possibly choose a genre to define such ideas. Writing a book involves a lot of commitment and passion. It should not be done out of compulsion or obligation. The best way to take writing is to think of it as an exercise to get rid of all the thoughts that are cluttering one’s mind, that are invoking the very need to come out. With this approach, divide instances of your life into chapters and sub chapters.  This way you would be able to collect information in a more vivid and organised manner. You could even take a sheet and divide into ages. Say for example, you could mention a specific age span ranging from birth to 20 years. This could be separately narrated.
Once you are through with the framework, all you have to do is make the first draft. The first draft is inclusive of the basic edits. The main aim of drawing out the first draft is to get a feel of what’s your piece going to look like. Even if you are not well versed with the technicalities, it’s ok. Here at this instance you just have to make your thoughts get a shape, that’s it.
