Our day to day working chores have made us a non-cheerful soul and an unhappy soul can never lead a healthy life. So, the first and the foremost step to stay healthy is to stay happy. It’s the motivation, the faith in oneself that keeps a person going even amidst hardships. One should embark upon every new day as if it was an opportunity to create immense happiness.
